CONGRATULATIONS TO THE OVA TRAVEL TEAMS

GENERAL INFORMATION AND FORMS
All players must pre-register before tryouts (email or mail the form). Knowing
how many players are expected will make tryouts more efficient and
provide a better evaluation process. Walk-ups will be accepted, but get
there early to complete and turn in the necessary forms (20-30 minutes).
Please complete and turn-in all forms at the check-in desk
before tryouts start. Gym will open at 5pm and forms will be accepted
up to 5:30pm start time. There will be a line; please arrive early.
You will need to complete the following and bring to tryouts:
1. OVA Tryout Registration Form (please bring a copy with you, even if you have mailed or emailed a version already)
2. USAV Membership Form
- You will need to print out the confirmation page and bring with you
to tryouts.
- DO NOT PAY, if you make a team we will send one payment for
the entire team.
4. Try Out Fee - Cash or check (payable to OVA) for $15
5. Other
- A parent/guardian is required to be at tryouts to check-in the player; they may leave once tryouts have started.
- Teams will be posted at the conclusion of the 2nd night of tryouts (Nov. 30th).
- We will have a parent/player signing on Dec. 1st from 5:30 - 6:30pm, to
get all forms completed, complete jersey sizing, and collect deposits.
