BECOME A STUDENT OF THE GAME
You can learn a lot from watching other people or teams play volleyball. Whether you're watching indoor or beach, men or women, pros or high school...you can learn a lot about what to do, what not to do, and what to aspire for. If you want to be better, you should be open to learning in whatever form that comes in. So the next time you get a chance to watch high level volleyball, pick out a player that you admire or a player in your position and watch them the whole time (their movements, emotions, skills, etc). Don't just watch the game as a spectator, but watch as a student of the game and take mental notes!
