- Started volleyball career as a club player in Flagstaff, Arizona
- Primarily used in the setting position during her junior years
- Played at Southern Oregon University as a defensive specialist
- During collegiate volleyball career, the SOU team claimed their first-ever region title and participated in their first National Tournament
- Graduated with a double major in Spanish and Health/PE
- Has over 5 years of volleyball coaching experience, having coached her first club team at 17 years of age
- Before moving to Bend, coached at three different clubs around the country, including Altitude Volleyball Club, Southern Oregon Volleyball Club and Comet Volleyball Club, and worked the SOU summer camps as well

- Bend Senior High School Junior Varsity Coach - 2007
- Outside of volleyball, Jessie works with children with special needs, doing recreational and community activities
- Jessie is energetic, patient, knowledgeable and passionate about the sport of volleyball
